Menu Options
Use menu options in Enriched Reports to view report data in a way that helps you most.
When you right-click a section of a report or a specific bar in a graph, a menu appears.
Note: Menu options vary based on the report and section, as well as if you're logged in at a site or the district. |
- Show as a table zooms in to that section of the report.
- Show next level lets you see all data at the next level down.
- Include focuses on a specific data point, such as a bar in a graph or row in a table.
- Exclude dismisses a specific data point, such as a bar from a graph or row from a table.
- Drill through opens an itemized report.
Note: To drill through an element in a Collection Analysis report, you can also click it, and then View More Details.
- Copy lets you copy the value or a selection.
When you hover over a section of a report with a graph, a menu appears in the top-right corner.
Options from left to right are:

Drill up: Go to the highest level of data.

Click to turn on Drill down: Choose one data point to go down one level.

Go to the next level in the hierarchy: Have all data points go down one level.

Expand all down one level in the hierarchy: Have the hierarchy go down one level.

Filters: See any selected filters that affect the data.

Focus mode: Zoom in on that section of the report to have it take up the majority of the page. This helps you easily see tables, graphs, and numbers.

More options: Choose to export data, show it as a table, spotlight data in a section by making it brighter than the rest of the report, sort data in descending or ascending order, or sort data by a number of options.
